Information for customers from the EU

The Czech Republic has been a member of the European Union since 1st May 2004. There are some specifics resulting from this fact for customers from the EU. Please read carefully the information below.

ASIX Bank Account Information

Note 1: This account information is valid also for customers from non-EU countries.

Note 2: SEPA Instant Credit Transfer is supported since May 2024, i.e. the bank transfer can be completed in 10 seconds (if your bank supports instant payments in Euro currency, too).

Note3 : The payments can be also accomplished via PayPal, however, for customers from the EU is bank transfer preferred.

VAT Handling

The Value Added Tax (VAT, MWSt, ...) must be handled according the EU regulations. Customers who purchase products directly from us must inform us whether they have their VAT number or not:

• If yes (e.g. the customer is a company), we will invoice them without VAT (the VAT is handled by customer's domestic financial authorities).
• If they do not have VAT number (e.g. home user) we will have to add the Czech VAT (21 % since 1st January 2013, formerly 20 %) to the invoice.

This is valid for all EU countries regardless the country is a member of the "Eurozone" (i.e. uses the Euro currency) or not.

You can verify the validity of a VAT number issued by any Member State by the on-line VIES VAT number validation service.

Shipping Cost

• Shipping to the member states of the European Union is for a fixed fee or even free.
• No customs declaration procedures are required.
• We ship by a courier service - delivery takes approx. 2 or 3 working days and the shipment is online trackable.

• Orders under € 90: € 7.50
• Orders for € 90 and more: FREE SHIPPING

Product Prices

We decided to set the Euro as a primary currency for our products. We can invoice you in other currencies - e.g. US$, the resulting price will depend on current € to US$ exchange rate. Exchange rates for various currencies are available on-line for example on x-rates.com or xe.com websites.
